1.2. Acceptance and agreement with the terms of service, as well as confirmation of the User's registration on the Freeobmen service, implies registration for receiving services related to the exchange, purchase, or sale of electronic monetary funds.
1.3. The system records the date and time when the User accepted the terms.
1.4. By completing the registration process, the User confirms that they are familiar with the Terms and Conditions at the time of registration and expresses their unconditional agreement with them. 1.5. The agreement comes into force from the moment the User registers in the system and is valid indefinitely until the User or the Freeobmen Service terminates the registration in writing in accordance with the conditions set forth below.

2.4. Partner - an entity providing the Service with services for attracting new Users in accordance with the conditions of the Partner Program described in this Agreement.
2.5. Partner Payment System - software developed by third parties that serves as a mechanism for issuing, selling, or storing electronic values, electronic money, and/or other obligations and payments for goods and services online, as well as for settlements between Users.
2.6. Electronic Assets - monetary and/or other obligations between the developer of this electronic asset and its user, represented in digital format.
- User Rights and Obligations When Submitting Complaints
3.1. Users have the right to submit complaints about the Freeobmen.ru service related to the quality of service, deficiencies in the operation of the system, or other issues concerning the use of services.
3.2. Complaints are accepted through a special form on the Freeobmen.ru website or via the email specified on the site.
3.3. The User agrees to provide accurate information when submitting a complaint.
3.4. The Freeobmen.ru service agrees to consider complaints in a reasonable timeframe and provide responses to them.
- Responsibility of the Freeobmen Service
4.1. The Freeobmen.ru service commits to ensuring the reliable functioning of its services and maintaining the confidentiality of User data.
4.2. The Freeobmen.ru service is not liable for the actions of Users that violate the Terms and Conditions, as well as for losses incurred by Users as a result of using the Freeobmen.ru Service.
4.3. The Freeobmen.ru service reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions without prior notice to Users. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Freeobmen.ru website.
